  5. │       You may use this screen to issue any special instructions that         │

  7. │       must be followed. EG. upon the occurance of certain emergencies.       │

  11. │       It may contain information from just a few lines up to 200 lines.      │

  15. │       It may be changed or a new screen created by using a word processor    │

  17. │       that saves its files in ASCII (non-document) format.                   │

  20. │       The resulting file must be named SPECSCRN.TXT and must be in the       │
  21. │                                                                              │
  22. │       same directory as 911 - Emergency First Aid.                           │
